I can't say enough about Judy and Allan Wagner. Their company, Next home Mountain Realty, was recommended to us by a neighbor to help with the sale of our mother's summer residence in Boone, NC. We could not have found a more informed and helpful company to work with. If we had questions on anything concerning the sale, they were there to answer them. They advised us as to what we needed to do to and had information available for us to select appraisers, inspectors etc. and knew the regulations needed for Watauga County. Any questions we had were answered promptly, and they were available to talk with you any time you needed them.

Judy was recommended by a friend and we are so lucky to have gotten that recommendation! She sent us listings prior to our trip to Boone so had a good idea of what we were looking for. When we did come down from Wisconsin it only took a day and a half to find the perfect home and we were able to move in a month later.
