Warren's great. My wife and I went through the entire buyer process with him, and he explained every aspect and step we would go through in the buyer's process at our first meeting. He also explained each step in detail as we got to them, and answered our questions happily no matter how many times we asked nor how simple they were.
Warren was very responsive. He would always call us back if he was unable to answer due to being with another customer, and would find the answers to our questions quickly if he didn't already have them.
He gave us his full attention while we were looking at houses or discussing anything related to offers, and would keep his phone on silent. Once our meetings were concluded I'm sure he returned every customers call that he postponed for us during meetings.
His knowledge of the local areas of Seminole County is immense. We looked in Casselberry, Oviedo, Longwood, and the Winter Springs areas. He was knowledgeable on schools, activities in the areas, how the cities operated utilities, crime, and pricing. His appraisals for homes were helpful in understanding where the homes stood in relation to the area homes, and his advise on making offers and offer strategy was great
We ended up getting a great deal in the crazy covid sellers market because of his negotiation skills. Somehow he got the sellers to agree to $12k off our original offer for a roof that was old but working fine. Ended up paying well under market appraisal value.
He also helped calm us when we got nervous. 10/10 would buy a house with him again.
