I don’t even know where to begin, I have too many good things to say! We were so fortunate to have found Justen when we began our home search. From day 1, Justen was extremely responsive. I don’t think there was ever a time I waited longer than 5 minutes to receive a response back on any questions or concerns I had. If we wanted to view a home, he was on the phone immediately with the seller's agent and would get us a showing within the hour and if not, as soon as possible. And one thing we appreciated was that he was ALWAYS available for home tours. Justen was informative, honest, kindhearted, and most of all patient with us. Mei was great through out the entire home buying process. She helped us understand our homes value and was patient while we fixed a few things to allow us to list when we were ready. Then we dove in on searching for our new home and were out every weekend. Mei was always upbeat and hopeful during our search but honest and helpful in keeping us on track to what was best for us. She was another set of eyes when evaluating houses to help us find potential issues or things which might require expensive fixes later. She made sure that we didnt settle and insisted we keep looking for exactly what we wanted. She was patient and worked with us and ultimately made sure we were well informed once we had our future home under contract and until we had finally closed. The process takes a toll but Mei made it significantly easier and I would happily recommend her to anyone.
