I am writing this recommendation for our real estate agent Kim Semenko. Kim provided us with resources and support on selling our property. Our house was a double wide with 3 acres that interested buyers couldn’t get a regular loan because the house was too old. Kim worked hard for us to sell to a young couple that really wanted the property and land. There were so many hoops to go through. The property belonged to my parents in Montana and 5 of us children had inherited the property. Kim had to get lots of information and that was a challenge at times.
Myself and my siblings are very thankful and happy for all the hard work she did for us.

Kim was simply incredible to work with. After my dad passed away, I had to sell his home while literally living 1,000 miles away. Kim was there every step of the way helping me navigate the process and went above and beyond to help. We were selling in the winter and she made the trips from Williston to Bainville to show a house with no heat, water, or electricity to meet clients and even took meetings I couldn't from a distance on my behalf. She was also really communicative and I felt completely in the loop and involved, even from afar. I thought this house would never sell and Kim made that happen!
