Jennifer is one of the nicest and most professional people I have ever met. If it was not for her, I don't know if we would have gotten the house we did. Jennifer is absolutely amazing. She CLEARLY takes pride in what she does and went above and beyond. As a first time buyer I was extremely nervous with everything and she was so supportive throughout the whole process. She took me to see countless properties, was very knowledgeable about any issues the homes might have and she was spot on every time. She answered all my questions and explained each step of the process with an uplifting and positive attitude. She also helped a ton as I’m moving out of state with sending videos, assisting with inspections, and helping with home repairs and making sure someone was at the house. From a stranger to friends, this is how we feel about Jennifer. When moving states is already stressful enough, Jennifer came in and made it a lot easier. We would call and she would be ready for us in not even a days notice. She knew where we had our heart set and she never tried to persuade us any other direction. She was honest about the homes we looked at, and right there with us till the end..... a crazy end, that's for sure, but she never backed down and always had our best intentions! Will recommend her to anyone who comes our way!

Jennifer was able to support and guide us through the effort of the sale of our mothers home. She maintained communications, keep us updated as showings and offers were scheduled and extended. As there were 3 of us owners on this single property, and we all were not local to the property, she communicated and coordinated with all three. I would recommend Jennifer to anyone concidering a Realtor in the Lexington and surrounding areas.

Jennifer is the absolute best! This housing market is CRAZY and she was so patient with us through the process to find the best home for us. She was in constant communication and was very flexible in showing us homes around our unpredictable work schedule. She also had a professional photographer come and take pictures so we got the best possible showing for our home. We sold our home in the first 24 hours! I got contact information for Jennifer through a friend who has been living in SC for some time. From the first telephone conversation with Jennifer, she impressed me with her professional approach to the matter. Due to the fact that we lived in NY and we did not have the opportunity to fly to SC to view the houses, Jennifer recorded them for us and sent us videos. In the videos, she showed every detail of the house very precisely. She showed what was to be checked more deeply. She also said in which house it is worth giving a larger offer and in which not. After the second offer, we managed to buy a house. Everything went fast and smooth without any problems. When we had any questions, we immediately got answers. If I were planning to buy a house in SC again in the future, I would not hire anyone else but Jennifer White.
