Danica came to the house, totally prepared with comps and a professionally prepared demographic information packet and photos, as well as the list of professional web sites that she was going to advertise our house on to get the maximum exposure. This is the second home that Danica has sold for us in quick fashion. . . The first home we listed with her sold and closed in a three month period at full price. This latest home sold in a week at more than the listed price (she had three proposals). It closed about 45 days later. She kept us informed throughout the entire process, from inspections, financing, and even scheduling two repairmen for the minor situations that needed addressed.
