Danica must be the hardest working realtor in Central PA. We listed our home with Danica on a Tuesday and it was under contract 1 day later! I credit Danica's knowledge of the market and knowing how to sell and market homes. Once we were under contract, she walked us through the closing process with enough information that we knew what was going on, but not so much information that we were overwhelmed by the process. Danica is the best. I will recommend her to everyone I know selling a home in Central PA and would absolutely use her services again in the future.

She thoroughly explained the process and what to expect. Danica was always willing to fit me into her schedule to look at homes I was interested in. She was accessible and that was important to me.
