First of all I would like to apologize for this being done late. Moving into our need home was the priority.

My wife, Susan Salisbury, and I struck gold when crossing paths with Danica. If there was a star rating she would score a 6 out of a possible 5. Her patient calm demeanor made her approachable from the beginning of the relationship which allowed us to get to work.

Danica was with us every step of the way offing up insights that Sue and I would have missed. She asked direct questions and voiced her concerns as we moved through the process of finding, and then designing our home. She never overstepped but aided in us seeing things in a different way.

My mother Tammy had a great working relationship with Danica in the past. She assisted my mother in selling her old house in Highspire and buying a a beautiful house in Bainbridge. My mother recently passed away back in April. I was the executor of my mothers estate and selling the house was a priority. My mother always spoke very highly of her, so choosing her just made perfect sense. Unfortunately, I live out of state and selling a property normally would be complicated.......Not with Danica! She made this whole process painless! She handled so many tasks for me that she honestly didn't have to! Danica made both our home purchase and home sale a breeze. Between coordinating closings and making sure that we always knew what to expect next she made this entire process easy.

She also took hours and hours out of her days helping us find the perfect home in our desired neighborhood. We changed plans so many times I don’t even remember and Danica kept rolling with the changes and kept our wishlist in mind. If you are looking for a new home you won’t find someone more dedicated to finding what YOU want in a home.

If you are looking for a realtor who will make you feel like you’re the only client she has, you’re looking for Danica. If you are looking for a realtor who can anticipate what more can be done then you even knew to request, then you’re looking for Danica. And lastly if you’re looking for a realtor who really seems to not be able to rest til she gives her absolute all, you are looking for Danica. We not only sold our home of 25 years which was emotional enough we had a lot of special needs to deal with in how it was sold. Not only did Danica figure out all the issues that needed to be dealt with but she did more. I guess I’ve made my point she won’t quit until it’s done the right way. My son recommended Danica because he told me she was the best and if you knew my son you know he’s not that easy to please. Danica was an awesome agent for us! She gave great advice prior to putting the house on the market that helped increase its sales appeal. She was extremely knowledgeable about the local market and trends. But most importantly - as out of town sellers - she went above and beyond expectations to help us make the sale. One small example is when other realtors showing the house would inadvertently turn off the Ring alarm system. When we asked Danica to help us with that she was quickly responsive and helpful. There were a lot of little things that she helped with that really gave us peace of mind. The most important thing she did well was the sale. Danica helped us price the home correctly and we got exactly what we believed the home to be valued. Danica did everything right and the closing was smooth as butter. If you are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable, caring, expert realtor - you cannot go wrong with Danica. She is exceptional! We highly recommend her. She is thorou gh, courteous, and always is has a positive attitude, which in the hassel of the real estate market can be a much needed experience.
