Brandon was very calm, collective and, most of all, honest during the entire process of selling our rental property. The process of selling this property was not an easy one due to the corona virus pandemic but Brandon was able to get it done quicker than the wife and I expected. I’m very happy I was able to use Brandon as my realtor. I decided to purchase a home when I was outside the country and also during the Covid-19 pandemic, so a lot was abnormal. Brandon was available at anytime to help me with the process to buying a home. I was able to get any and all information very quickly to help me decide on which home to go after.
Once we found the place I wanted Brandon made sure everything was in order with paperwork, inspections, etc. We were able to make an offer that Brandon thought was right for the market and we got it.
I would suggest Brandon to anyone looking for a home. I’m sure I made the process more difficult not being around and with the pandemic going on even more abnormal. So if you are in the area and dealing with him face to face I can guarantee it is smooth sailing.

I was hesitant about going with a realtor that I didn't know vs one I did because I wasn't sure that I'd get the same attention that other buyers who didn't know Brandon would get. But I couldn't have been more wrong. He suffered through my silly questions the limited options I had, and then being told by the lender how hard he worked getting things fixed so I didn't have to pay out of pocket confirmed that I made the right decision. But then to over hear him talking to someone else about how he feels better knowing that my first home as a single woman is right across the street from a police department blew my mind. Brandon cares about the well being of his clients and I couldn't have ever made a better choice in picking a realtor.
