If you want an Agent who truly cares about you, then, Rob is your guy. From day one it was known that we were important to him. He took the time to establish rapport with us and get a true understanding of our wants. He spent as much time as necessary for us to make informed decisions and stayed with us every step of the way. We decided to build our home and were 3 hours away at Fort Hood. Rob was our eyes, ears and voices when we were unable to be here in Cypress. You're settling for second best if you use anyone besides Rob to buy or sell your house in the Houston area. I have both purchased a home and sold my home with Rob representing me in both transactions. He's knowledgeable, professional, prompt, and is willing to go the extra mile beyond his normal duties as a realtor to close a deal. He even cleaned and maintained my pool for multiple weeks after I moved cross country until my house in Houston sold! He works like a mule and out hussles any other realtor out there. So why use another realtor that will charge the same commission but give you lesser results? I'm convinced that Rob more than paid for his own commission through the increased value I got for my home. He paid for himself and then some.
