How can I not give a 5 star rating to a self proclaimed real estate Nerd? From the start of my sale with a market analysis to the actual closing, Keith was there to explain, answer questions and offer support. He is extremely knowledgeable and some of the questions I threw at him, I am sure resulted in eyeball rolling but not once did he let on! I would recommend Keith to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Keith was highly recommended to me by a mutual friend. She said he was not a high pressure salesman and would be supportive. I thought either this is too good to be true or possibly divine intervention.
The recommendation was true. There is no drama with Keith. He is steady, confident and knows the business. I had the feeling that he really cared about selling my house. He kept me up to date on tour schedules and potential buyers. He personally came to my new apartment and laid out the offers and lastly the accepted offer that was above the selling price with solid financial backing. One week later we closed!
