When I had to find a local realtor to list my mother's home after her passing (my siblings and I do not live in the area) I reviewed several profiles and liked what I saw in Keith's so I reached out to him. And what a fast journey it has been! He came to our appointment prepared and with data to show a solid listing price and we were ready to get started. Then the property went live and we had our first showing--and received an offer right away! From there, the process was efficient and smooth, which was fantastic and important since I don't live locally.

In the end, Keith showed why he is such an active and successful realtor in his market. Everything went smoothly and I was always in the loop. I particularly love the way he uses technology to help with this, as well! I highly recommend Keith to people who want to take care of their real estate needs with someone who is smart, direct, and easy to work with.

Feel that Keith did an excellent job of representing us in the selling of our home. Basically all we had to do was sign the paper work. Keith explained everything throughly and then took care of everything that was needed in the sale of our home and reported to us regularly on all developments in the process. Keith Wilkes was the best Realtor I could ask for He wasn’t high pressure, I felt comfortable with him, and trusted him to handle everything. He went out of his way for me as I had to move before the house sold. He made arrangements to fix things, worked well with estate sale people, and did a wonderful job. Keith was very helpful in assisting me in choosing a home perfect for me. After only a few home tours, Keith quickly picked up on things that were important to me and things I didn't want in a home. I had lots of questions as I was purchasing for the first time on my own. He set me up with the auto emails when something went on the multi listing market. In addition, he alerted me to listings he thought I would like. I work full time 'plus' and Keith was able to set up showings around by busy schedule. I had no idea what to bid on the homes I considered purchasing so Keith helped me in researching other similar homes in my area and letting me know what they sold for. Due to my schedule, I often would message Keith on the weekends - Keith immediately responded. When a bid of mine was accepted, Keith provided me with a detailed check list of what I needed to do in order to complete the closing. Working with Keith was an overall great experience, and I would highly recommend him.
