When you work really hard to buy your first home, you want someone who works just as hard to help you with that process. I met Tim when I was purchasing my first home. He became a friend and continued to help when something tragic happened to the home I had worked so hard for. When it came time to part ways with that home, I knew I had to call Tim. With having no experience in selling a home, he was very helpful and guided me through it. There is no other person I would recommend when it comes to a realtor.

Everything went smoothly with Tim start to finish. Tim asked good questions to see how motivated and quickly we wanted to sell and after discussions he priced appropriately. It took a while, but in the end we got full asking price without any contingencies based on good recommendations from Tim. He assured us we were priced right and with patience things would work out.
