Tim was extremely helpful during a very turbulent transition since we were moving to the area from over 200 miles away. He was always available to assist in any way and would meet us at the house any time we needed to check on something. We moved from out of State during Covid, and Tim was very helpful in making that go as smoothly as possible.

We only had one afternoon to look at potential homes, and he worked with us to ensure that we saw the ones that we were interested in.

He was great helping us with all the little surprises along the way From a distance, and we’d highly recommend him!

Oh my Lanta, Tim is an amazing realtor! We literally hit EVERY bump in the road in the buying and selling process and Tim helped us maneuver through it all with ease. We are so grateful to have had such an amazing realtor because this process would have been a nightmare without all of his help. Tim knows what he is doing. He gives great advice, keeps your best interest in mind, and is EXCELLENT at what he does! If you are looking for a realtor to help sell/buy property, I can't recommend Tim enough!

Tim was great to work with. Not only selling my home, but buying one as well. He was able to sell my home in 24 hrs, and helped me through the entire process. Purchasing my new home, he was able to understand what I was looking for, and helped me find a new home for myself and kids. His caring and trusting personality was great to work with! Tim did an amazing job, 10 showings in 5 days with two offers! I couldn’t have asked for more, he took away all the worry and pressure. With my busy schedule I thought it would be tough getting in to sign papers but he worked around that. Strongly recommend him as a realtor!

Tim did everything that was within his power to make the sale of our house get to the closing table.. He was always easy to contact and the greatest thing was that he always returned phone calls in a timely fashion, when you left a message. Working with Tim was a great experience for us from start to finish. He was very professional and his knowledge of the local market is second to none. He is trustworthy and honest, two qualities I want in anyone I do business with.

We told Tim the number we had in mind to sell our house for a quick sale. He told us we could get more than our original number so we agreed upon new figure and he listed the house. With in two days we had an accepted offer and for full asking price!! 20 percent more than I would have accepted if I had sold the house on my own without consulting in Tim. I was out of the country for business during the sale and Tim handled everything for us. Lining up contractors for minor repairs and setting up all the necessary meetings. House was closed on about five weeks after being listed. I would strongly recommend using Tim to list your house or assist you in purchasing a future home.

I listed a home with Tim and I have to say it was an exceptional experience. He met with me before I listed to give me suggestions on different things I wanted to do to the home, his advice was spot on. Once listed, he kept in touch and kept me informed every step of the way.
