Carma Godby sold my home by the end of the day it was put on the market. It was a good house in a beautiful neighborhood and had been well maintained. She priced it fairly, and it went for well above the asking price. I think much of her success was due to her skill in presenting the house and her businesslike, genial manner.

I had a lot of belongings to move or dispose of and felt pressured to get them cleared out to meet the deadline for showing the house. It was hard but Carma worked with us to have everything done rigjht. She had high standards and it paid off for us.

When meeting Carma, she immediately went to work and tirelessly sent us listings day in and day out until we finally found our house. We really felt that Carma was working hard for us finding leads and being aggressive as houses came onto the market. With the housing market being as crazy as it was in the first half of 2022, timing was everything.

Carma’s many years of experience also was a bonus as she was able to provide guidance when it came time to put an offer on the house. We felt Carma helped put us in the best possible position when it came time to submit an offer.

Overall Carma’s hands on approach and years of knowledge within the realtor business are great selling points and would definitely recommend others to pick Carma as their realtor.

Words can’t describe how great Carma was!! She was knowledgeable, honest, always available and easy to work with. I tried to sale our family house at Buckeye Lake unsuccessfully for 4-5 months. I had many lookers but no takers. Carma happened to be one of those lookers. She gave me a few tips and even provided us with a lock box to keep a key in. Carma kept in contact with me and offered her help. I finally had reached my limits in trying to sale this house and turned it over to Carma. Carma was very committed and confident is getting this house sold. She had it under contract in two weeks and sold for the asking price. I can recommend Carma without hesitation. It was good "karma" for us in choosing Carma Godby to sale our lake house!
