Kathy went above and beyond her responsibilities - was fantastic in follow-up for all questions and actions that needed to be taken, was very knowledgeable with village rules, helped me find excellent resources to help with renovation after the purchase, and gave me tips on preparing another house for listing it down the road. Her years of experience and knowledge of the area's sales market where invaluable. She knows everybody, which was helpful in working with other realtors, finding companies to perform repairs and do home inspectors.
