I've talked with many real estate agents, even had one prior to working with Carrie and have been less than pleased! My prior agent wouldn't even answer phone calls past 5:00! I have always felt it's hard to really trust agents because you ideally want one that is for your best interest, not just someone who wants to make a quick buck. Carrie is very efficient, answers calls no matter what time it is and is truly a pleasure to have as an agent. She is so friendly and makes the buying process as painless as possible. If you really want to buy a house or sell your house and KNOW it's going to get done, you need her as your agent!! Truly exceptional service! I only wish I would have had her as my agent sooner!

We owned a 10 acre lot near Athol, which we decided to subdivide into 2 - 5 acre lots and sell one. On the recommendation of our daughter, who had purchased a home with Carrie's help, we listed one of the lots with Carrie, subject to the completion of the subdivision. Carrie is very knowledgeable about the Real Estate Market and the value of Real Estate in our area. She was able to accurately determine the value of the property and find a buyer immediately. When the subdivision process was delayed, she worked with us and with the buyer to extend the sales agreement until the subdivision was registered. She also worked with the Title Company and with all government agencies to assure a smooth and easy process to complete the sale. She was always available to answer questions and to handle any matters that needed attention. She also monitored the the file to ensure that any details that we needed to deal with were brought to our attention. We will use Carrie for our future Real Estate transactions and would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to buy or sell Real Estate in this area.
