Carrie really helped us buying a home in a very competitive market. She worked quickly contacting listings agents to obtain information when needed as well as presenting offers fast and accurately. Carrie was always willing to help us find the best real estate. We live in Hawaii and are moving to Idaho. She did most of the ground work since we were not able to be in Idaho. She is a good communicator and kept us informed and up to date on our property purchase.

Carrie was fabulous to work with from start to finish! She truly loves her job, and works hard to make buying a home an easy process for her clients. She responds quickly to any contact, and is assessable whenever a client needs her. She is professional, and yet has a friendly and inviting demeanor that immediately makes you feel comfortable. Carrie is probably the first real estate representative I have dealt with (and I've dealt with several) that has shown such enthusiasm in her job as well as satisfying the needs of what we were looking for. With her, it was about more than the money...it was seeing the satisfaction on her clients face of a job well done. She is truly a "go-getter" and will go the extra mile and then some. I highly recommend her for your property sales or buying needs. Whatever you are looking for; i.e., selling, buying, renting, or whatever, she will go above and beyond. When she was so sick she didn't have the strength to talk on the phone, she still sent me a quick text to let me know of showings that would be taking place from other agents. She is a worker and strives every inch of the way to accommodate your needs. She will give her all to work for your to sell or buy property, even with phone calls and text messages that she wouldn't have to do, but simply to keep you in the loop and informed.

The closing went smooth as well with setting me up with a title firm and documents sent to me email for signing. I didn't have to take a lot of time off from my job as things were worked to accommodate me while we were selling the property.

I would recommend Carrie for any and all of your real estate buying and selling.

We did a new build which took about 8 months and Carrie did a great job of keeping us up to date. when it came down to inspecting the house for moving in, she has the eye and knowledge to pick things I never would have seen. Definitely worth having her on your side!
