Sean has been one of the best agents that I have ever worked with. He is extremely knowledgeable of the greater LA real estate market, especially the Glendale/Burbank area and has a ton of great connections that allowed him to land us an amazing place at a fantastic price. Sean always went above and beyond with explaining everything we needed to know and anything we had questions about. He also helped us line up contractors after our purchase to do the minor work that we knew we had to do going into the deal. I 100@% recommend him and will absolutely use his services in the future if we buy again in LA.

Sean was great throughout the whole buying process, he has a wealth of knowledge and is very detail oriented, he took his time showing us different properties and didn't rush us in anyway allowing us to really hone in on the type of properties that would work for us. We were purchasing in a competitive market, his knowledge, advice and expertise allowed our bid to stand out and ultimately got us our dream house in our favorite neighborhood. Sevan is extremely professional and the best real estate broker I've ever dealt with. This says a lot because my dad is in the real estate industry so I've seen lots of agents and brokers come and go. Sevan stands out from the rest because he is extremely dedicated to his clients and an expert in what he does. The way he carries himself with the upmost care and commitment is impeccable. Here is our story: We are two extremely busy attorneys that are about to get married in a few months. We were looking for our first home and it took us almost two years to buy our home. I wouldn't regret the process and time it took us because we finally found the perfect home we will live in for years and years to come. It took us two years because we are the pickiest and difficult to deal with (we admit it). However, Sevan was only patient with us and worked even harder to meet our needs. We trusted him 120%. He would always be straight up with us and honest when it came to our concerns which I really appreciate the most. The qualities of a broker that genuinely has your best interest normally does not exist. Other brokers would say they do, but do they really? Sevan has always picked up our calls at the oddest hours. He also is an expert in fixer upper homes so he gave us creative ideas on how to renovate our home. Sevan and Artin are both devoted, enthusiastic, and zealous to their clients.
