Liz did a great job. Unfortunately we were unable to sell the house before we moved. Liz stepped in to arrange for painting, radon mitigation and electrical work we needed to do before final sale. She did so willingly and was able to find competent contractors at a reasonable price.

Elizabeth knew I was not excited about selling my home but really needed to move on. She was very sensitive to my situation. She came in and gave us great advice as to what to do to ready the house to sell. The house sold in 2 days for over asking, so all her advice and our hard work paid off.

Elizabeth stayed with us for a year and a half while we tried to figure out what price, what area, what layout. We even paused for 3 or 4 months then started back up again. She patiently showed us house after house after house driving from Columbus to Newark multiple times a week until we finally found what we were looking for. Then she represented us as the buyer like we were her family, seeing it through all the way to the signing table. If you are fortunate enough to use her as a Real Estate Professional you wont regret it. She's awesome!
