Karen is very knowledgeable and experienced in the real estate industry. I was impressed with her willingness and flexibility to show me new listings within in my budget. In the end, I decided to build a home and Karen was there the whole way through to ensure proper documentation was received, the necessary questions were asked and all the paperwork was complete. Pam and I were looking in three different places to find a home. Black Hills SD, Deer Park WA, and Billings MT area. We had three different realtors for each area. Then our lender offered a program where we would get $2,000 back if we used their approved agents. We then had 6 realtors calling us. Karen was not on that approved list.
