I have lived out of town for years. When it came time to sell my Mom's house in Billings, Karen was recommended to me by a good friend. I have thanked my friend numerous times since! I have a large family, and the sale involved an LLC. Karen was most helpful in meeting with me, and helping me navigate through all the necessary steps. She is a very hard working professional who saw us through difficult times as the market suddenly collapsed. We weathered the storm together, and came to a successful and satisfactory conclusion. She was always supportive throughout, and made everything very easy for me to deal with from a distance. I recommend Karen highly and would not hesitate to work with her again!

Karen is awesome. She is so easy to work with and is very knowledgeable. We have worked on both sides of the fence in both selling properties and purchasing our home. She is always easy to get a hold of when we need her and gets back to us in a timely manner. She has many resources she is willing to share with her clients to get things done. Pam and I were looking in three different places to find a home. Black Hills SD, Deer Park WA, and Billings MT area. We had three different realtors for each area. Then our lender offered a program where we would get $2,000 back if we used their approved agents. We then had 6 realtors calling us. Karen was not on that approved list.
