When it was time to sell our house and purchase a new home, I only considered one realtor, Lori Selman. From start to finish, I felt confident in the process because I was working with a professional who knows the market and her trade forwards and backwards, never pushed me to make a decision I wasn’t comfortable with, and removed the stress of buying and selling, making it enjoyable, not miserable. When we needed to make improvements to our home in order to sell, she provided lists of vendors to contact, taking the leg work and time out of the process.
