My wife and I just bought our first house, and it could have been a much harder job without Lori's help. If you are looking for someone who is sharp, knowledgeable, caring, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and willing to teach you every step of the process, talk to Lori and see what you think. For example, she offered to be present in person in every step of the process, whether it was the inspections, house searching, 1st walk, final walk, etc. I texted her to ask questions day and night, Monday through Sunday, and she was always quick in response (She would often reply in a few seconds. It was amazing!).

Being great her job is a plus, but her personality was just amazing as well. She is just a personable, lovely, and friendly person. If you are looking for someone whom you can trust, talk to Lori, especially if you are a first home buyer.

Lori did a wonderful job of helping our family relocate from Illinois to the Fulshear area. Her knowledge of the area and advice helped us find a new home in a particular neighborhood that wasn't even on our original search list, but I'm so glad that she did. And although most of our communication was via email/text/phone, she never missed a beat and was very quick to respond, even while on vacation. We purchased a new constuction home and she helped walk us thru each step with the home builder and did a great job of negotiating on our behalf with the builder. Lori's fun, positive, and upbeat style made it a pleasure to work with her. I highly recommend Lori!

When it was time to sell our house and purchase a new home, I only considered one realtor, Lori Selman. From start to finish, I felt confident in the process because I was working with a professional who knows the market and her trade forwards and backwards, never pushed me to make a decision I wasn’t comfortable with, and removed the stress of buying and selling, making it enjoyable, not miserable. When we needed to make improvements to our home in order to sell, she provided lists of vendors to contact, taking the leg work and time out of the process.
