I have been a realtor for 15 years and with CSR Real Estate for the last 2 1/2 years. I worked for 2 different "big" firms before coming to CSR. I love working for CSR and Steve. It's the best environment I have ever worked in and the people are all great. Our staff is so helpful and are always willing to go beyond the norm to help out us agents. Steve and CSR make selling real estate fun, even when it's tough. The atmosphere in our office is very professional yet fun and inspiring at times. CSR as a company does so much for charity every year that there is always some upcoming event being planned. I would recommend any agent, seasoned or new, to join CSR as I believe they help agents improve their business by holding us accountable and giving us multiple avenues with which we can boost our income.

As a new agent I made a decision to change brokerages because after a year of being in the business, I literally had not completed one transaction. The broker was a nice guy and would help me whenever he could, but I still had no idea how to get business. After making the decision I knew that training was essential, but I also needed a place that was ethical and had an environment where the people worked together and were not threatened by each other success. At CSR I found all of what I was looking for and more. CSR has the teaching, training and accountability that i needed to grow my business, plus I found great people that I call my good friends. With four owners that are actively working at building their brokerage, they have a vested interest in my own success. It's a great partnership and friendship. My business is flourishing and I am so thankful I made the change.
