Isaac was amazing from beginning to end . He was professional, knowledgeable and respectful throughout the process . He was prompt with responses to any questions that came up. He did everything he could do in order to accommodate for showings to include tending to the dogs to allow it to happen . Isaac was instrumental in the selling of property in a timely professional manor . I would highly recommend him .

Whether you are buying or selling a house, Isaac Raymond is the person to contact. He is very knowledgeable of his craft and doesn't stop working when the time clock rings. Isaac handles everything, and any problem that might pop up so you don't have to worry. He answers all your questions and concerns with respect for your feelings. Isaac works hard to make the sale the best it can be. And doesn't mind giving you a helping hand when it's needed.

Thanks to Isaac we were able to find the absolute best home to grow our family in. I never could’ve imagined we would own a house so young, but Isaac was exceptional, took us seriously, and made sure ever box was checked. Before I even had asked a question Isaac was ready with the answer. He was very responsive via text and phone call. Never once did I wait more than an hour or so for a response to something that was time sensitive. We initially looked at one other house with Isaac, he made sure to talk us through the process, and when our offer didn’t get accepted he had another house to show us within hours! We put our offer in on that home the shortly after looking at it, and Isaac was quick to relay all information to seller gave us. Thanks to him, we only had to look at 2 houses, the second one being the home we just closed on. He knew exactly what we wanted and listened, and only suggested properties that met all our requirements in the budget, and the features. I really can’t say enough good things about Isaac Raymond. Not only was the professional side of things smooth, I felt like isaac really cared! And being a young couple looking for our first house, it was super comforting to know that Isaac was always looking out for our best interest. When we are ready to grow our family even more, and we need more space, I know who I’m gonna call!

Isaac Raymond is the BEST realtor I have come across in my many travels and real estate transactions across the country. I know this sounds cliche or a bit to much, but speaking solely from my experience as a seller and to a degree as a buyer.
Isaac has attention to detail in terms of his clients needs/wants and life that rivals that of military attention to detail. It was refreshing to work with him and he is a credit to the industry that often time feels like everyone is out for themselves and just a paycheck; not Isaac he is in it to truly do what is best for his client. He is a problem solver, and a planner, secondly his most admirable trait is his efficiency in communication throughout the process.
If I did not move out of state , Isaac would be my realtor for life, and in a way he will be. I can’t say enough how much of a credit and positive influence he is on this industry. It would not shock me to hear, if he wanted to, Isaac would not only be a Broker but run his own agency in the very near future.
You will not be disappointed , you will be thankful that you have Isaac on your side as a seller or buyer. There is much more that I could write but to state it simply he is the BEST.

Isaac is an exceptional real estate agent that went above and beyond in selling land for me that was part of a family estate located in Maine. He paid great attention to details while still being very sensitive to all the players involved. His knowledge and experience made it so easy for me to be able to close the sale while being located out-of-state. My expectations were met and exceeded and I would definitely use Isaac again in any real estate needs.
