My experience with Larry was great. He is very efficient and knowledgeable in the loan industry. He was able to educate me on the best loan that would meet my needs as well as keep me updated on rates. He was very informative as to the importance of locking my rate when I did. I am glad he took the time to call me and explain the rate locking process. As an investor I am not the easiest person to get lending for. However, the hoops that Larry and his team jumped through for me was amazing.

Larry took over a loan that another company had totally botched. My wife and I were trying to buy a vacation home for our family and we literally had about one week and the seller was going to bail. Larry was a phenomenal individual to work with during my loan process. He was transparent about the whole process, always made himself available (at any hour), knowledgeable, friendly, never judgemental - he always had a can-do, let's get this done and behind us attitude - and he was a joy to work with throughout the entire process. I had some misgivings about working with a lending company that wasn't local just due to previous experiences and responsiveness, but Larry outshines them all and I never felt like he was anywhere other than right next to me along the way. To top it all off, we were able to close early! I would have no reservations recommending Larry to anyone in need of a perfectly executed home loan.
