I happened upon Tailor’s instagram account after relocating from upstate NY to the Portland area for a job. My husband and I were desperate to get out of our tiny rental (with all of our animals). Tailor immediately messaged me back, and the rest is history! She gave us helpful information and started the ball rolling about making lists of what we wanted in a home and pointed us towards a mortgage broker (Alex is amazing, too!). Being new to the area, we had no idea what to look for. Tailor was so wonderful and patient and traveled all over to so many areas to help us figure out where we wanted to live. She is a wealth of knowledge on the area, on homes in general, renovations, decor, school districts… if it’s important to you, it’s important to Tailor. Not only is she knowledgeable, she is simultaneously professional and fun to be with. She gives up her evenings and weekends to help you and has fun along the way. Even with a difficult market, she never sugar coated and told us what we wanted - she is open and honest and that made all the difference. We finally found our dream home in an area we never would have considered (or known about!) and we couldn’t be happier. Spending time with Tailor was a joy, and to get our dream property too is icing on the cake! Thank you Tailor!!

Diana and I first met Tailor when she helped my daughter and son-in-law sell their home in Sherwood OR. She did an excellent job for them and had their home sold within a week of the listing. When it came time for us to sell our home in Gresham, we scheduled interview appointments with three Realtors. Tailor was the first to respond and met with us the next day. In fact, she showed up to our meeting with a professional hardbound proposal containing an accurate home valuation supported by a comprehensive list of recently sold listings - complete with color pictures! We signed our contract that very night with absolutely no regrets. Tailor proved to be hardworking, knowledgeable, action oriented & results driven. Most importantly, she is passionate about what she does and always has the best interest of her client in mind, particularly when negotiating with the prospective buyer’s agent. And this is the exact reason I came back to Tailor- for the accuracy, speed, and intensity of professionalism I expected and received yet again! Her experience has continually grown over the years and it very much showed throughout the entire (this time selling) process. I received updates from her before automated ones even got to me. She had everything prepped, set, and ready to roll at the first whisper of getting ready to sell. Being sent to the other side of the state for work made me nervous to not be nearby during the process- but she had everything beyond handled, keeping me super at ease during my own transition.
