Dustin was absolutely wonderful to work with! We had lots of questions and he was happy to go over everything with us in detail whenever we needed to. He really understood what we were looking for and didn’t push anything on us that we weren’t comfortable with or interested in. He has a great network of other people he works with in the industry as well, which made the inspections process a breeze.

Lisa was super attentive throughout the whole process of Touring homes, to the offers And to the end of the sales process.

Eris was wonderful! I can't say enough good things about how she guided us through this move to our new state of Oregon. We started the process online from a far. We had a Zoom meeting. The frustration set in as we saw homes we wanted and then they were in contract and gone. She reassured us that when we were ready we would find our perfect home but in the meantime we were fine tuning our likes and dislikes. Three weeks before our move we were in town and our home came on the market the day before we arrived. Eris set up a viewing of the home and by day 2 we made an offer and were in contract! Her knowledge of the whole process from start to finish was perfect! Mentally, emotionally and professionally she was there for us every step of the way. You can't go wrong with Eris Rule as your realtor! She really knew all the answers to help us with all the fine details.

Sara did a great job with out daughter's home purchase a few years back and so we were happy to engage with her as we also were also looking in the Portland area.

We found a house in Tigard we toured on a whim and it was spectacular, it also had a relocation company with a say on the sale and they would not take a contingent offer (hence why it was still available). Sara worked with her mortgage broker Tom and they were able to put together a plan for us to make a cash offer as a separate transaction and not be bound by any contingency.

And it was a great offer, fair to the seller but well negotiated in our favor as the buyer.

I can't imagine there are many other realtors who would put so much time and effort into such a technically difficult transaction and handle it so smoothly and with such attention to detail. We could not have done this without Sara, our great thanks to her for all the efforts. We could not be happier.

Lisa has the patience of Job. What she went through with us required that and more. And through it all she just kept ...well, starting over again and.... again. She is truly amazing!!

Kurt is the guy you want to make the deal! We found a house we loved and we weren't in the strongest position in the moment. Kurt made the deal happen and got us into our new home! He was there step by step to check paperwork and make sure there were no surprises and showed up for all the signings to make sure everything was in our best interest. You can tell he's got years of experience and really knows his stuff.

Jan is great ! She is easy to work with and helped me so much throughout this process of selling my moms condo ! She stayed in contact with me the whole time !
