This is our second time working with Lynn to both sell our existing home and purchase a new home. Lynn's experience and connections made the process as simple as possible. She found us just the right new house that ticked all our boxes, and then pulled out all the stops to sell our current home - wine and cheese neighborhood preview, all-weekend open house - and we had an offer in three days. When she sold our last home in 2013 we had an offer in six days. She also found my son his first home in a very tough seller's market, because of her connections with other realtors. Lynn Cook is truly a professional realtor. We had a difficult situation with selling a condo that belonged to my late mother.
