Brent was great in helping me find a new home. I had a difficult work schedule in terms of availability to look at homes and wasn’t really sure what my must haves or deal breakers were. Brent showed me a variety of resale houses and new builds to help me figure out what would work best for me. I settled on a new build not knowing just how different that process is from buying a resale home. Brent walked me through each step and advocated for me when I was not sure what to say to the builder about some concerns I had. With his help I was able to get things situated the way I wanted them rather than the generic layout.
During the whole process, Brent also helped me figure out the process of turning my other property into a rental. He got me pointed in the right direction with CA forms/lease agreements and how to select renters. I am very appreciative and highly recommend him.

Brent walked me through the home buying process and took time to explain things to me that I didn’t understand. Brent was very responsive and knowledgeable.

Brent has been nothing but patient and supportive through the process of buying my dream home. He connected me with all of the people I needed to deal with, from lender to inspectors, and maintained wonderfully open communication with the seller. He always replied promptly to texts and emails (even on holidays); there were times when I honestly felt guilty about pestering him yet again, but he always took my questions in stride and took his time making sure that I got the answers. He made me feel like MY house was the most important house he was handling. The first time I walked through the door of my new home I looked at him and said, "This is it, Brent. Please make this happen", and he did.

Brent did a great job for us from start to finish! No pressure showing houses over a long period of time, great follow-through, and immediate replies to communication via both phone/text and email. My husband and I have purchased houses several time across the nation, and this has been the smoothest, seamless process by far!

Brent was truly amazing. He never made me feel rushed or pressured. However, he totally respected my choice. He was honest and respectful regarding realistic expectations. I couldn't decide and often wanted to visit a house again😞. Brent ensured it was possible. I could go on and on😀. Awesome person!
