Debbie did are great job with helping me sell my deceased sister’s house. She was very knowledgeable and communicated exceptionally well. She understood the probate process and also helped in obtaining the services of an attorney to lead the way through the probate process. I needed a Realtor to sell a vacant house in Santa Rosa that belonged to my wife who passed away leaving the house in a Trust.
I met Debbie at the Trust Attorney's office and she agreed to help.
We met once at the house which was well over 100 miles away.
By the end of the first meeting at the house Debbie had already had two crews coming out, one to clean up inside and one to clean up outside. She arranged for a staging company to bring in furniture an such to give the home a warm lived in look. I think we got three offers the first week. My Mother and I asked Michaela to help us sell my Mother’s house in Sacramento. We told her we were in Texas, and couldn’t be there in-person to handle all the requirements of the sale. She agreed to help us. Neither my Mom, E. Irene Hensley, or myself had ever sold a house before this, so had no idea what was entailed in the sale of a house. I handled the computer aspect of the paperwork, as my mom isn’t computer literate, but mom was involved with all of the processes of the house sale.
I am a “big picture” person, I need to know what, how, why all items in a particular scenario need to be done. I am also extremely detail oriented, so individual items or questions also needed to be answered to my satisfaction. Michaela did both of those wonderfully.
She explained what would happen at every step of the way, and what I could expect from her and from the other people involved who were fulfilling their parts of the job. She took care of pest control people, roofing people, and inspections, so we didn’t have to. She answered general questions and specific questions we had during the process. She responded to our questions right away, and kept us in the loop with all steps of the process.
