We currently live out of state, and had put off buying a house in Colorado thinking it would be hard and a lot of work on our part. Shawn and Tammy made the whole process very simple. They took the time to get to know us, and learn what we were looking for. Then they went to work finding houses. Since we were doing this from out of town, they would go to properties and do a video walk through with us. When we was able to come to Colorado to look at properties in person, they were very flexible with our schedule. By far the easiest and nicest people we have worked with in many many years!

They kept the paperwork to a minimum. Best of all, of course, they sold our home by bringing potential buyers to our home immediately after several offers fell through (as interest rate started to rise).

Bobbi & I came into Montrose on a Monday in June to see if we could find a home that fit our criteria. One criterion was that it be near a rec center. As we toured the Montrose rec center we asked who was the best Realtor in town, got Shawn & Tammy's name and connected that evening. We met Tammy on Tuesday at a show home that wouldn't work for us. Tammy listened to what we were looking for. She said she knew a builder who might have something that would work for us. On Wednesday we learned that he did, we saw it at the framed stage, and liked it. We met the builder in person at a more finished house on Thursday, liked him and the quality of his work, and signed a contract on Friday!

Tammy & Shawn supported us throughout the remaining build process and the twists and turns of the closing process. We recommend them highly without any reservations. In fact, we consider them to be new friends.
