Natalie Macias

Natalie was amazing! I originally was looking for a house with my husband, and we both met Natalie, and felt we had found a great agent to help us search for our first house. Unfortunately for me, tragedy struck and my husband passed away suddenly. Natalie happened to call the day this happened, and I told her what was going on, and that the house hunt was obviously going to be put on hold. She was so understanding and respectful. She checked in on me as I was dealing with other issues just to let me know if I wanted to talk or grab a coffee she would be there in a heartbeat.

Some time passed, and I knew I had to continue on with my life, and that meant moving forward looking for a house, only this time with my parents in mind since they would be living with me. I reached out to Natalie and told her my plans, and if she would still help me in my quest.

She was of course on board with it, and helped me with my search. She was there answering my questions, doing all the info searches I asked for, texting with me at all odd hours as we looked for the perfect house for me, my parents, and something my husband would have approved of and loved for me.

I was surprised how quickly everything fell into place, I figured it would take me at least a year to find the perfect place to call home; and somehow everything lined up and I found the place to call home after only 3 months.

Natalie was there with me every step of the way, with her cheerful demeanor, and compassionate understanding for everything I needed. Whenever the time comes for another home, I will be returning to Natalie. In the meantime, I will be happy to catch up with my new friend over some coffee.
