Where do i begin, Katie is such an amazing person to work with, She was with me every step of the way starting my journey to sell my home and purchase a new home. She never stop working even with things got tough, I was able to call on her day or night , I could write a story of how these last 3 months started. If you are looking to purchase or sell a home she would be the Realtor you need, not enough words to describe her, she is a beautiful person inside and out.

Katie is a 'customer first' agent. She was always available for last minute showings, and she promptly addressed all questions and concerns.

Katie handled the joint representation of the buyer and seller in our transaction with great skill and discretion. She has a full rolodex of inspectors, tradesmen, and contractors to evaluate subject properties, taking a great burden off of the buyer and seller. As the various inspections, negotiations, and remediation took place, Katie kept us informed of progress, amended the contracts as needed, and kept the transaction 'moving forward'.

Thanks to her skill, I firmly believe that both seller and buyer walked away from the settlement table satisfied.

When you have a realtor that gets to know her clients and can get my husband to talk than that realtor is a “beast” so hands down to Mrs. Katie. Thorough from start to finish. Even the day before closing in the final walkthrough, Katie spotted an unsatisfactory issue and ensured it would be completed by closing! Where do I begin with our wonderful experience with Katie.

This was my husband and my first house buying experience. We had worked with realtors and we just weren’t getting what we needed from them. When you buy a house you want a person that is going to advocate for you and your needs, not be afraid to ask for your wants, someone who can negotiate, and knows their stuff (whether it be the laws or something that appears broken and you need it fixed because you know it’s not right). Katie was all that and more.

I contacted Katie and explained that I was from out of state, being relocated for my husbands job, and the house she had just listed was perfect for my family. She didn’t question if I was telling the truth, she had no reservations, she said how can I get you this house. She FaceTimed, took additional photos, and sent us videos, just so we could get a feel for our perspective home. She literally had us sold with one message (it was a video of the back yard).

Through the entire process she negotiated to ensure that we’re getting our needs and wants met. There was even a time that the seller had downright refused to do something and akatie said, “that’s okay, I got you!”. She did! She made sure many of the items were fixed that we had asked for, she had cleaned up the house during her own time just because she knew we had kids and a long drive, and she even talked her husband into going out and doing some preventative bug work. When I say this woman works for you, she dedicated herself to you and your future home. Yes, realtors work to make a sell, but Katie works to make sure her clients are happy! I can’t tell you how many times Katie went above and beyond what you would expect anyone to do. She answered her phone regardless of what time or if she was on vacation, she was always polite and very sweet, and always dressed professional when I (FaceTime) or my family (in person) saw her during this process.

My point is, Katie is an amazing person to have working for you. I cannot compliment this woman enough.

Thank you again Katie for all your hard work and dedication. We are completely grateful for all you’ve done for us!

I highly recommend Katie McCown to be your agent. She went over and beyond to help us sell our home. We had a tenant in our home and she was able to have a professional photographer come in and take pictures. She was able to communicate with me and my tenant when showings became available. Throughout the selling process she was available to call, text and meet with us to go over items at hand that we needed assistance with. If you are looking for an agent that has the desire and want to sell your home she is one of the best agents out there.

I cannot recommend Katie McCown enough. She was awesome at helping us sell our home. She came highly recommended from a friend and after contacting her she met with us the very next day which was a Saturday. That Monday she had a professional photographer at our house and by Tuesday our house was listed on the market. With that being said our house went under contract that Saturday with a full asking price. Only 4 days on the market. WOW! Throughout the selling process she was always there to answer any of our questions or concerns no matter what day or time it was. If you are looking for a driven, knowledgeable and professional real estate agent then she is it.

My recent experience with Real Estate agents is they ask some questions about the house you want, downloading the information into the computer and letting the computer do the work. Katie actually knows the meaning of customer service. She was available for us anytime, day or night.
