Terri did a FABULOUS job. She answered all questions that we had, worked endless hours, made accommodations for every person involved, and helped to facilitate a quick and easy sale. Overall a wonderful experience, which is saying a lot if you've ever sold or bought a home in the past. I Highly recommend using Terri to purchase or sell your next home in Oklahoma!

I found Terri's email address by a simple search on the internet of realtors in the Noble area. She responded to my email immediately and we began my search for a home in Noble. Terri was great to work with and was always available at any time to answer questions. Transaction was a breeze from the start all the way to closing.
I would definitely recommend Terri for any of your real estate needs and would use her again if I hadn't just purchased my forever home!

Terri has helped my wife and I buy and sold our first home, and we couldn’t be more thankful for her. We got a recommendation from a coworkers family member to go to Terri to help us find a home back in 2020. She helped us every step of the way, from explaining things we didn’t understand to being patient with us to find our dream home. Fast forward to 2023, we were being relocated due to work. I reached out and she took us back on to sell our home. Our house was on market 4 days before going into contract, and she did an amazing job communicating with us and getting us the contacts we needed in order to satisfy our buyer and complete the sale. Terri was great throughout the entire transaction. She was always very responsive. On the few times that I was not able to reach her she immediately called me right back. She was proactive too and stayed ahead of the process.

We are out of state owner of a 5 acre track outside Norman. We acquired the property years ago and have just this year decided to put it on the market. We were extremely pleased with Terri in handling the sale. Terri would update us regularly and in great detail. The whole process went smoothly and at the highest professional level.
WE have one more piece of land property and we have no hesitation to have Terri handle it as well.

Terri did a wonderful job helping me purchase 5 acres of land. She got in contact with me immediately, made arrangements to meet me at the location within 24 hours and helped negotiate a sales price I was happy with. The process was seamless. I had Terri as my agent as I was an out of state buyer. Having bought and sold several properties over the years, I was aware of the many concerns that needed to be addressed. Upon discussing my priorities, Terri did an excellent job of narrowing down not only the type of property I desired, but also the location, and the amenities and features. Terri was very responsive in returning my texts and phone calls. She was very helpful in offering solutions to issues and concerns since I was not a local resident. She took many pictures and videos that helped answer my questions and concerns. I highly recommend Terri. She is one of the few that goes above and beyond to assist her clients.

As a first time homebuyer, I was on pins and needles about buying our first home. First time homebuyer

Let me just get straight to it, Terri was absolutely amazing. As a first time homebuyer, who did a little research beforehand, I was still learning about the whole process. Terri was recommended to me and immediately went to work as soon as our first conversation was over. I let her know my price range, the types of homes i was interested in, as well as specific locations in which i was interested in. Terri sent me over 100 homes in which i could potentially be interested in viewing, and had me give her a list of what I liked and disliked so she could narrow down the search a little more. After the second day of searching for homes, I found the one. From there, Terri was in contact with seller’s agent and we went on to settle on the exact price i was willing to pay for the home after making an offer. From here, it was like I had to literally do nothing but sign agreements as they came. Terri literally did everything for me, she definitely went above and beyond while having my best interest in mind. She was very real about some homes i looked at, and I could tell she was not thinking about just getting a successful buy, but instead again had nothing but my best interest in mind especially as a young buyer. After closing, Terri insisted on meeting me to congratulate me again, and showed up with gifts. I will definitely recommend her to any and everybody I know who is in the market to buy or sell. I give her 10’s across the board, and I thank you Terri for allowing me to accomplish this goal of mine of becoming a homeowner!
