Maria did a great job for us. My husband and I were looking for a specific type of rental property in the Green Valley area. We live 6 hours away, so it was important to find an agent that we trusted and one that understood our parameters, could recommend appropriate listings, and be willing to view the home and give us an honest opinion of the home’s value as well as it’s rental potential. She was all that and more. Maria negotiated a lower price on our purchase, and has given us several recommendations for local tradesmen to handle repair issues. Maria was awesome. We started looking about a month before the pandemic. We found something we loved right when they were shutting everything down. We were a little worried. Maria didn't miss a beat. We were always in communication. She assured us everything will move forward. It did with out any issues. We have closed on our forever house thanks to all her hard work. Maria and her husband Jim were instrumental in closing the sale of our home. Both went well beyond the usual in working with a difficult seller who refused to negotiate any of the "fine points" of selling a home. Maria kept us informed of all progress with their negotiations with the seller and followed through even after its closing to be certain repairs had been completed as expected by the contract and us as buyers.
