Jim was so helpful when we were looking to move to Arizona from out of state. We got his name on a recommendation, and we're so glad we did. He was very upfront and honest about the good and the bad throughout our house hunting process, really listened and got a good sense of what we were looking for in a home, and found us a house that is perfect for us in a great neighborhood. We have used Jim Snodgrass and Next Home Realty for 4 different home transactions and each one was as smooth and easy as could be. Jim is professional, knowledgeable, and so helpful in answering questions or concerns quickly. Most times when I called him he answered his phone, but when he didn't he called me back right away. He was with me for inspections and walk throughs, proofed all documents before we signed anything, and just had our backs the entire process. I would so highly recommend Jim Snodgrass! He makes the stressful job of purchasing or selling a home as easy and stress free as it could possibly be.

Jim is amazing! Patient and understanding. A willingness to explore many different properties in all areas with a knowledge of what neighborhoods are a little 'skooshy', as in worn out, not what I would be satisfied with in the long run. Always encouraging, ready to go look at properties on short notice, if he wasn't available he always made sure one of his staff could meet me to view a property.
He was prompt to reply to text messages and emails, phone calls when needed. Helped every step of the way, including to help me find a mortgage lender to work with my special circumstances.
For selling properties, he has great tips for how to spruce up and declutter a home for listing. Ready and willing to hold open houses to get exposure and to work with buyer's agents to make the sale happen.
When I need to move again, which I hope won't be for a long time as Jim helped me to find the right home, I would use him and his team again.
