Even though it was Christmas season and a very snowy month he scheduled quite a few showing every week. He sent a text for every showing with the date and time and most of the time let us know when we could come home.
Once we got the right offer and started the process of making the sale I was in my new condo many states away. Everything was done electronically. It all went quick and smoothly. I just felt we could have had a few more updates towards the closing.

Being a first time home owner, I was terrified with the process, but Chad made me feel so comfortable and he went over and beyond in helping my sister and I on finding a house.
