First of all, it's worth saying that the Columbus real estate market is a seller's market. for mid-range buyers it's hard to get an agent to pay attention to you and especially hard to get your offer considered by the sellers. what makes it worse is that houses are on the market for sometimes less than 24 hours before they stop accepting bids, meaning your agent must be always ready to pounce when a listing comes up. Cheryl was great to work with. She is always responsive, always willing to give her honest opinion, always willing to give clear, realistic analyses of houses and neighborhoods, and always with a smile on her face.
If I had the money to buy another house, I wouldn't consider any other realtor.
