I was selling a house for the first time, so I had no real idea of what needed to happen. I was also packing the house up and moving 1500 miles away, in a time frame of about 2 weeks. Amanda was personally recommended to me, so I reached out to her and let her know what my plans were. She worked with my rushed schedule and my plan of not traveling back 1500 miles and was able to walk me though multiple offers, inspections, and everything that needed to happen. She was always willing to talk and explain (sometimes re-explain) what terms and documents were - making the process as smooth and painless as it possibly could be.

In a really tough market Amanda helped us find the perfect house for us. I could not be any happier with our new home. Being away from Williston and relying on mostly videos and pictures of the houses and doing all of the paperwork online was so easy thanks to Amanda. It was a great choice! She managed the entire process determined a listing price, showing, negotiating, and then the real work started. It was an older home, and some problems turned up during the inspection. Amanda did a fantastic job of finding a firm to do the repairs, and managing the logistics of the whole process. Not long after, we were closed, and she let me know the check was in the bank!

If you find yourself wanting to buy a home, Amanda Stevens knows her stuff!! She made what felt overwhelming at first seem like a walk in the park! Very informative and available into the late evenings! I’m a busy mom of 4 and her being very flexible with our schedule was a blessing.
