Glena has now helped me make 2 purchases with very different needs. She has not only met my expectations but exceeded them on both occasions. She works hard, goes above and beyond and is always available. Almost seems like she never takes a day off. My first purchase was first ever- Glena was great in providing advice, assisted in what to look for and would be honest about a bad purchase even when I didn’t see it. Never chased the sale even if it meant another 2-3 weeks of looking.
