After being with Re/Max for 15 years, I interviewed a number of offices and chose the Marina Square office of Metro Brokers. After nine years here, it's still a great decision. The office provides exceptional support and other experienced agents in a great atmosphere. Richard Kelley (owner) is receptive to new ideas, and the staff is ready to help with anything. With flexible pricing options and a reinvigorated and Broker-focused Corporate office, Metro Brokers is an excellent place to build a successful business.
I love Metro Brokers in general, but the DTC-Marina office is really the best. You get the support you need, but at the same time it let's you run your own business. You are the boss, the owners, the broker. If you want to be the master of your own destiny, this is the only way to go in the real estate business.

I was shopping for a new office location, but wanted to stay within the Metro Broker family, and have been extremely happy ever since 2009. The front desk is always friendly when answering phones (and were when they set showings back in the day too), the office manager makes the office run smooth, and our office owner cares about the brokers and associates. All the way from top to bottom, makes me know I made a great decision, and the location is stellar.

I joined Metro Brokers as a new licensee in Colorado. I have previous experience in another state with other big name firms. Metro Brokers is a leading company with a mission to support its agents in their professional growth, development and success. They offer a variety of trainings, web support and mastermind groups. Most of these are at no cost! The monthly office fees are affordable and below market compared to other firms in the area. We have professional and competent leadership who I greatly trust. Not only is Metro Brokers at Marina Square in a great location but it also has some of Denver's finest Real Estate Agents I've had the honor of working besides. Richard Kelley one of the best Brokers I've worked for in 25+ years has a office manager ( Carole Shell ) That runs a top notch office that is there for the agents.If you are looking for a great place to hang your license you need look no further.

8101 E. Belleview Ave is the best location for a real estate office in Denver and surrounding suburbs. Parking is available. There is great access from I-25, I-225, C-470, E-470. If you are meeting clients there are restaurants, coffee shops available nearby.
The offices are spacious. The staff is courteous and helpful in every possible way. Conference rooms are available for meetings. Kitchen for coffee & snacks.

The Marina Square location is the driving factor of why I choose this office to expand my Real Estate business. Centered in the middle of the hub of the growing real estate based in Denver. Its hard to get a better location than the MB - Marina Square Office. Very convenient access to I-25 & I-225. The Denver address is also a huge plus as it give you the whole metro area as a location. I would highly recommend the office.
I have been with the Marina Square-DTC office for several years. Not only is it easy for clients to find the building there is plenty of reserved parking up the front by the door.
