I was an independent broker working out of my home but even though at the time I had a 100% selling record of my listings, sellers just could not believe that I could do as good of a job as an agent working out of an office. I was also having problems finding buyers. Therefore I was loosing potential business. I just did not want to work for another typical brokerage where the company took a substantial portion of my commissions. Then I found Metro Brokers Grand Junction. They offered me a way to have my own company while reaping all of the benefits of having a very professional and well established office. They stated that I could either rent space in their office or I could still work from my house while having full use of the office plus a support staff. The cost to do this was, at my level of business, substantially less than what a traditional brokerage would have taken out of my commissions. I had been with the same office for over 15 years, but I had always had in the back of my mind that I wanted to have more control over my business. I never moved because I could not find a better situation than where I was. After I learned about more about this Metro Brokers office titled "The Professionals" I knew this was the right move.

I think a lot of agents worry about moving to a 100% commission model fearing they will loose some of the traditional office perks. I came from a "family" type office and this is the same way, the staff is awesome and they're happy to help with things like making flyers, helping out with something while you're on the road, etc. That coupled with the two sales and marketing meetings held twice a week at the office by industry leaders sealed the deal for me. Education is key in
this industry and I've been fortunate to have great office meetings during my career and this office is no exception to that.

The location is centrally located for those of us who work or live in the Golden, Arvada, Wheat Ridge, Lakewood, South Westminster and West Denver areas, but the office benefits are worth coming from anywhere. They offer 24 hour access to the printers and have two conference rooms and a classroom location where they hold CE classes and other events.

I love the flexibility of Metro Brokers and I love that I am not alone. In fact I have more services then people giving away 30% of their income LOL. As a single Broker, sometimes you feel mighty small out there, but not with Mark and Alison and thei organization. The Realty Oasis Platform provides multiple locations to meet clients. All the offices are state of the art and sign-ons with copy machines, phones, PC's are all that same at all their locations. I can focus on my Peak Producer platform as the transaction management is second to none. The marketing company for signage and brochures, internet is turn-key and keeps me free and looking like a big team! Mastermind meetings and weekly education is fabulous. I also enjoy Dividend checks for Meridian Title, keeps my office costs at about ZERO. A true 100% company. Thanks guys!

I was shopping for a new office location, but wanted to stay within the Metro Broker family, and have been extremely happy ever since 2009. The front desk is always friendly when answering phones (and were when they set showings back in the day too), the office manager makes the office run smooth, and our office owner cares about the brokers and associates. All the way from top to bottom, makes me know I made a great decision, and the location is stellar.

The Metro Broker business model allows me to have a small expense for my office and no splits to a broker! With the minimal amount I pay, I have a free web site (and it does rank), low-cost to free classes along with a beautiful office to bring my clients .
