I was an independent broker working out of my home but even though at the time I had a 100% selling record of my listings, sellers just could not believe that I could do as good of a job as an agent working out of an office. I was also having problems finding buyers. Therefore I was loosing potential business. They stated that I could either rent space in their office or I could still work from my house while having full use of the office plus a support staff.
