I had been with the same office for over 15 years, but I had always had in the back of my mind that I wanted to have more control over my business. I never moved because I could not find a better situation than where I was. After I learned about more about this Metro Brokers office titled "The Professionals" I knew this was the right move.
I think a lot of agents worry about moving to a 100% commission model fearing they will loose some of the traditional office perks. I came from a "family" type office and this is the same way, the staff is awesome and they're happy to help with things like making flyers, helping out with something while you're on the road, etc. That coupled with the two sales and marketing meetings held twice a week at the office by industry leaders sealed the deal for me. Education is key in
this industry and I've been fortunate to have great office meetings during my career and this office is no exception to that.
The location is centrally located for those of us who work or live in the Golden, Arvada, Wheat Ridge, Lakewood, South Westminster and West Denver areas, but the office benefits are worth coming from anywhere. They offer 24 hour access to the printers and have two conference rooms and a classroom location where they hold CE classes and other events.
