I joined Metro Brokers Southeast Suburban office about 3 years ago. I had come from a large impersonal franchise office and moving here was like coming home. The feeling of the group is like family and everyone is genuinely supportive of each other. It is great to be a part of such a group.

My Metro Broker office, Southeast Suburban, is terrific! So many of the brokerage firms here have broker owners who are giants in the Denver Metro area and the number of transactions they have done are in the thousands. They have seen and experienced many of the problems that arise in any transaction. But the truly great thing is how they make themselves available for you to pick their brain and give their advice. It's such an encouraging environment with lots of cheering on support.
We have been members of Metro Brokers since 1989. For most of these years we worked out of the Metro Brokers South office, but when the expansion needs of I-25 required our building to be demolished, where we would office next was an easy decision for us. Robert was a part of MBI's leadership for many years, including two terms as President, giving us deep insight into the composition and character of most of the Metro Broker offices. The Southeast Suburban office is without a doubt the one of the best offices in the State of Colorado. The high professional caliber of the brokers and the cooperative camaraderie of this office is unsurpassed. We are happy to be a part of this office and enjoy the company of many of Denver's top Realtors.

I have Brokered in this office for over 12 years because of the high caliber group of Brokers and Owners who work here. Having a location right in the DTC is a real advantage if your business is primarily in the Southeast Denver metro area.

To many of my fellow Realtors,
I have been a member of the Metro Brokers organization since 1990. It has been absolutely the best business decision of my career and I have never regretted for one minute being not only part of a great organization, but being part of a solid group of professionals and mentors. If your only commitment to the industry is saving a couple hundred dollars an month and selling only a few homes a year, than being a Metro Brokers agent is probably not for you. Being a Metro broker is about a life long commitment to the industry and the people we serve. It is about owning, managing and running a business your way. If you have been A Realtor for over a year, than you know it is "you" that has to make the contacts and work the hours to be successful. It is not the company you work for. Shouldn't you be putting those extra thousands in your pocket? What is stopping you form just checking out the Metro Broker system. If I can so it, then anyone can!

When our Metro Brokers South office building was razed in 2001 to make way for a light rail station, I wanted to find an office that shared my ethics, inter-colleague cooperation and support. I did my homework on the individuals at Metro Brokers SES and found my fit. In 16 years I haven't looked back or regretted the decision. These guys are stupendous. You couldn't be associated with a better bunch of REALTORS.
