It has been a pleasure working with Alex on my current sale and my sale of three years ago. The distance did cause a disadvantage to me and I was not able to be in Florida during this last sale. We met Alex about two years ago after we decided Sarasota was our next home. In the intervening months Alex sent listings that were within the parameters we wanted. We had a home in Minnesota to sell before we came to Sarasota to find the right house. Based on the existing home market we decided to build new. On 2 or 3 trips to the area Alex showed us homes in at least 6 communities and helped through the entire buying process, all the while tirelessly and professionally responding to our unending questions. We have the house of our dreams, are delighted with the support Alex provided and very importantly, we consider Alex a friend.
