If I had only one word to use to describe Andrew and his staff, it would be “SUPERCALIFRAGILISTICEXPIALIDOCIOUS“ and this is a mouth full. Coming from a military family point of view we have had our share of bad and inexperienced real estate agents with buying and selling our homes. However, OUR confidence has been restored in the real estate business due to Andrew AND his staff. I received an email this morning to write a recommendation for Andrew Geotes. I sat at my desk for a minutes thinking to myself how do I write this recommendation without coming across cheesy and appear to be a fake review. I wished I could tell you about these things in person, not only to hear my words but see the excitement and gratitude that I have for Andrew and Kathy at Next Home Simplicity. My wife and I were unsure if we wanted to sell our house. We heard from close friends that today’s market was the time to sell. We loved our home, maybe we just don’t need the stress right now in selling and buying a new home. We called Andrew and met with him at our home. The first words he said to us, have you picked a house you’re ready to buy. This shocked us. He said this is a hot market, but your house is beautiful. It will sell in a day or so once we listed it. My wife and I were unsure if we wanted to sell our home. We were nervous and really questioned if it was the right time. Andrew and Kathy were fantastic and calmed our fears. Andrew and his team very professional through out the sell and purchase of our new home. Every text, call and email were answered promptly. As soon as I clicked "send more info" about a home on Zillow, Andrew
Geotes was the first to respond within minutes. We are first time buyers
and did not know much about the home buying process, but he went above
and beyond, step by step to make sure we understood. He is very
persistent and was quick to respond to our questions and was on top of
scheduling viewings as soon as possible. By the time we finished viewing

Andrew is not only an awesome realtor, he's a great person. He's not
pushy and really listened to what I needed. He helped me when I bought my
house and then again when I sold it. He had the house under contract
within six months, but we encountered some issues when the buyer's
inspector found roof problems and unfortunately lost that sale. Andrew
went above and beyond his responsibilities and helped me find a reputable,
reliable roofing contractor. As a single woman, that meant so much to me.
I had the roof repaired right away and Andrew had the house under
contract again and sold within three months. If you want someone who will
take care of you from beginning to end, Andrew is your best bet.

Andrew Geotes was extremely professional and caring. He was receptive
to all the changes that were made. When I put my house up for sale, he walked me through each step of the process. He even assisted me in finding an excellent realtor in New Orleans. He remained in constant contact with my realtor and me. He followed up on the sale, along with the moving company to coincide with my move to Long Beach. Andrew was intensely motivated to find me the move-in-ready home that was what I could live in and enjoy for years to come. His compassion for my grandson and me helped reduce the major portion of stress. He shared the events of change we endured over a six-month
