Brittany was the perfect person to walk us through the purchase of our home. We had not been working with a realtor when we saw a house for sale and decided to try for it. Brittany was not the listing agent but we reached out to her because of her reputation. She quickly researched the neighborhood and recent sales along with learning about what we wanted. Bottom line is that in a fast selling neighborhood, she guided us in making a successful offer against other bidders.
